Jen! That cake is freaking awesome!!!
oh. my. word. I can NEVER show this cake to Phia, or I will have to make one. That is SO beautiful. The only fallout from the show I have to deal with is getting the forks out of her hair. Clearly, you have felt the effects of too much Lil' Mermaid a little more than I.
WOW! No one can say you aren't a dedicated mother. Did you sing her the Lil Mermaid song also?
this is awesome. i love the creative use of the ice cream cones and the extensive glitter factor. perhaps you should start a side business...
Jen, honey, you have way too much time on your hands!I'll be Natty was wowed!!!! Her eyes must have been as big as saucers.
Going through and organizing old email today and came upon the link to this blog -- o mi god, what a cake! I also laughed at the half-birthday thing. I mentioned something to Warner a few weeks ago about how he was "almost" 4 and a half, and then he was all over the half birthday party idea. He too wanted a cake (though we just bought one) and was encouraging us to have people over for a party (we said it had to be a family-only affair). Anyway, funny to see you all celebrating too!
